The reason is that there are no observations where Average_Pulse or Calorie_Burnage are equal to zero. The first observation for Average_Pulse is 80, and for Calorie_Burnage, it is 240.

Observe the line: What happens to Calorie_Burnage when Average_Pulse increases from 80 to 90?

We can use the diagonal line to derive the mathematical function for predicting Calorie_Burnage:

  • At an Average_Pulse of 80, Calorie_Burnage is 240.
  • At an Average_Pulse of 90, Calorie_Burnage is 260.
  • At an Average_Pulse of 100, Calorie_Burnage is 280.

The pattern shows that for every 10-unit increase in Average_Pulse, Calorie_Burnage increases by 20.
