CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in SQL retrieves the current date and time from the database server.

The CURRENT_TIMESTAMP() function provides the current date and time.

Note: The output format is either “YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM” (string) or YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.uuuuuu (numeric).
